Systemic Family Constellation

Many of our personal problems and conflicts stem from unresolved traumas and issues that have been passed down through our family history, which can be manifest as physical or emotional symptoms, relationship and financial problems and other challenges in our life. 

The family system seeks completeness. When members are excluded, ignored, forgotten, unrecognized, or unmourned, it replaces them with another member, one or more generations later, who becomes identified with the excluded person and is drawn into that person’s place. Systemic justice is blind justice exacted by an impersonal energy field. It continues the systemic imbalance until a way is found to heal this.

Family constellation therapy may assume that events in your family line or throughout your family history impact how you think, feel, and behave in the present moment. One individual's grief, fear, or anger might influence the entire family because the family system is considered connected in the morphogenic field. 

Through being born into a family, we inherit not only our biological genes, but also our belief systems and behavior patterns. Our family is an energy field within which we are held, each in our own unique position, from the time we are born.

We may feel that we have been held in a pattern of problems for eternity. Family constellations offer us a chance to understand these patterns at the deepest level. They enable us to bring our patterns to resolution, and thus find peace and happiness.
